I doubt it. This girl must have been allowed to get dressed by her parents. A lot of children in these films have to stay naked even if they get cold, feel uncomfortable etc. My parents raised me as a nudist and I was expected to be completely nude from head to toe at home and anywhere nudity was allowed. I wish I got the choice to get dressed like that girl but my parents didn't allow it

@Padilla,that little girl DIDN’T PUT her clothes “back on” because she got “too cold”,since IN MAY IT’S NOT COLD AT THE BEACH,but WARM!She put some clothes on SIMPLY BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO!

Хороший, легкий фильм, раскрывающий атмосферу нудистской Одессы, семейного нудизма.
От себя отмечу, что натуризм существовал и в СССР, конечно же не в открытую, но он был. Думаю, что наиболее он процветал именно вот в таких условиях, море, пляж. :good:
